This is a three-room-apartment on the first floor of a cosy house with a balcony to the north and a small balcony to the east, with: living, kitchen corner, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with a single bed and an extractable bed, bathroom with shower. Available for our guests: balcony furniture, satellite television, very recent modern furniture, washing machine, wi-fi, parking lot reserved on the grounds. Available for all guests (and for the owner living nearby) also a lovely barbecue terrace on the grounds. Available M0230430657

A small residence of only 5 holiday apartments all with 2 bedrooms, living room, separate kitchen or kitchen corner, bathroom, for 4 to 6 persons. The house was built in 1978, bathrooms and floors have been renovated in 2014, good quality furniture. With a swimming pool (open from Mid May until Mid September), parking spaces, barbecue area, washing machine, SAT-TV, safe, free wi-fi. The position is very quiet at approx. 900 m from the lake and from the centre of Lazise. Not suitable for groups of young people or big families. The owner lives in the same building.
